Oh my... ギヤル

Dear Followers! I never made it clear to you before, but I love all sorts of ギアル (Gyaru). Gyaru comes from the English word 'gal'. There are many many different sorts/branches of gyaru from the nature and eastern European influenced Mori Gyaru, to the Rokku gyaru and even Manba.
Gyaru usually hang out in what's called a Gal Circle or Gyaru-sa. Well, I don't haha! For one because there is a lot of hate in the Gaijin Gyaru community and second because I think I'm too fat to be a proper gyaru. Well, I'll tell you more about it next time. For now some photos of cute gyaru.   One of my personal favourites is Satomi Yakuwa.

I love her hair In Theory I won't be so difficult for me to achieve as I have curly hair myself. Although, my top layer does curl, so I would need to straighten that. Of course I would need extensions as well. Her make is so cute as well. Not too exaggerated, but still gyaru recognisable.

So cute! Not sure if I can pull this off, though. Love her droopy, sad eyes. I ordered some nerdy glasses as well the other day. Just waiting for it to arrive *impatient*

Love the right girl! I think she might be the same girl as in the first photo. Sometimes it's hard to tell, I think, as they sometimes look so alike!

Just a very cute photo! I always try to pay attention to the different kind of poses they do. But somehow I can never pull it off. Maybe because I'm simply too screen-filling.

Shopping: H&M

Today I went shopping. Took me a long time to gather all of my courage because I made up my mind to go by bike. Don't think I deadly lazy or anything, I used to ride my bicycle *Biiicycle, Biiicycle - Queen* a lot, but then I moved to a village on top on a frikkin mountain... really demotivating when it comes to riding a bicycle...
First I went to the market to fetch me some fabric. I looove fabric and I've got way too many of them Since I'm not quite happy with myself lately I nowadays chiefly sew for my ratties! Ratty hammocks!
Then I couldn't help myself but to enter the H&M. Sale signs everywhere! As a poor student sale signs make me a very happy girl! Twinkling eyes and all! Of course the fitting rooms were loaded again with impatient women. Ridiculous sizes everywhere, but what can you expect for prices ranging from €3,- ~ €10,-

Love for the old masters

I don't know if you know this, but I love love love books. However, I can't be bothered by all those chicklit/Twilight books *shivers*. My fingers (and my wallet) start to tingle when I stumble upon English literature, biographies and fantasy books (no Twilight is not proper fantasy). Call me weird but I want all the books to be from the same publisher. For example, my English literature reading books need to be from Penguin Classics. When, someday, I have enough money I want all of these books in the beautiful bonded version, so they won't have any reading signs. Then, there's another thing. Some of the books I own, I've got two version of: original language and the English. For example: The Neverending Story. You just need to have it in German. It's not that I can't read German, which I can very well, but I love having an English version of it as well. So, now you're thinking: where does she keep all these books?? Good question! My little house is faaar too little to house all of my books and my future wanna-haves!
As I told you I went shopping with Irene yesterday and I also picked up this book from Charles Dickens. He's definitely one of my all-time favourite authors, although I always need a dictionary when reading his books. David Copperfield is one of his most famous books! I often feel bad when people ask me if I have read this and that book and I have to tell them 'no'.

Please, dear bank account, work with me here!

I went shopping with my BFF Irene yesterday and of course we always need to stop by the Sabon shop. We know that doing this will start a war with our bank accounts, but still...it's sooo irresistable! Sabon has the cutest shops! I love the vintage interiour and they were even playing some 30s music Oh god, I could camp there for ages... My nose would probably go numb if I did that...so many different smells, so many gorgeous products, so many overpriced items hahaha!

I made up my mind to leave at least with one thing, which is always tough, because I want to buy everything there is to buy in that store. At first I wanted to buy one of their shower oils. For €16,- it's still a reasonable price, I think. and their Fig Coco shower oil never fails to work its magic on me. I love all the vintage powdery smells like vanilla, musk, rose and their vanilla coco. It's just soo lush! Another things is that their products looks so cute on your bathroom shelves, with the vintage look and all. I know it's a marketing trick and I don't mind falling for it!
I ended up buying their new hair conditioner. I have their shampoo already and I love it. All of their hair products are Silicone- and parabene free, which is a major plus for me. Shun Silicones Shun! But it's hard to really test the shampoo if you gonna end up with using your regular conditioner afterwards. So now I wanted to try the whole shebang! The sales lady even got me some hair mask to try for free, to see if I'd like it. Usually Sabon isn't so generous when it comes to free samples; not like Lush for example.

grmbl

I've been craving a dish called 'Kapsalon' for days now! Kapsalon probably sounds outlandish to all people not living in the Netherlands. Litterally translated it means: barber shop or hair dresser's . Why would anyone want to eat that xD. I think it was invented by a guy that had a barber shop...logic....

So what's in it and why haven't I eaten it yet?? Because it's FATTY and I'm trying to lose like 14542542 kg of fatty me, so that I can finally wear all the prettiness I want to wear! Anyways, enough of the rant! It's kebab, french fries, salad, and grated cheese all put into an oven to make it all shmooshy and yummy

It looks so unflattering So that means doing some extra Active Sports 2 on my PS3

HeadKandy

I want, I want, I want some hair extensions clip-ins from HeadKandy. I've been desperated too long now, checking out their site every now and then, but life as a student is though you know! Yes, I could work some more, but then I would still be unhappy! I'm someone that needs a certain amount of me-time, otherwise I don't feel rested and comfortable!

But anyways, I heard tons of good reviews on HeadKandy products! And I must admit that their prices are really reasonable. It's just poor old me that can't afford it

All of their extensions are human hair, so you can curl them, dye and style them! They have tons of colours and if you're not sure what colour to pick just email them and you get a very friendly and quick reply.

There are many different lengths to choose from! They also have styling tools, but be careful when ordering things like that because of the different plugs.

Blegh, I'm sick and tired of my short hair! I even have an extra difficulty as my natural hair is pretty curly. They don't come in pre-curled (I emailed them about it) as it would damage the extensions. So, I also need to figure out how to curl these extensions so that the curls look natural.

Welcome

Hello everyone!

Welcome to my blog! This is a blog about Lifestyle, fashion and most importantly it's about me! I won't be photowhoring as much as some bloggers out there, because I'm not as confident as they are, but I will do reviews, hauls and all other nice things in life!
